Got the product on time, only it wasn’t the controller I ordered! The colors were different but I still liked it so I thought it’s not worth sending back... Until I started using the controller and I realized not only was it different then what I bought but it DIDN'T WORK! The audio for the controller didn’t work at all when I had a mic plugged in, I tried 3 different mics ( all of them worked on a different controller I tried them on ). So not only did I buy a controller that wasn’t one I ordered but the controller doesn’t work. I learned my lesson to only but from places that have free returns / replacements would not recommend!!!Horrible never worked correctly from day 1. ?My son mentioned to me this weekend that h's headphones had just stopped working. When plugged into a different controller the headset is fine...looks like it is purely the adapter in the controller. Most disappointing thing is that it was 3 days out of return window. Dissapointed.My son has just informed me that the remotes LB button was stiff when he first used it (though unfortunately he didn't tell me at the time), then the RT button started to get stiff a month later. Though he could still use it stiff. Note the RB button had sunk inside these controller and he can't use it anymore. He bought it with his own Christmas money and it is now defunct.I'm not sure how to contact Amazon to inform them but I will try.Brought this for my partner and I must say 1 star is far to much. Product felt cheap and tacky. Also, whilst playing video games the controller had a mind of its own. For the money your paying it's a complete waste of money. We both said we should have just gone through Microsoft controller creator! Don't buy this product!Really like the controller design is like nothing I’ve seen before although the gold buttons feel cheap and if you press LB cannot press the RB button feel like this is done to being the buttons flawed by design or by being poorly put together, only fault I have with the controller is the LB and RB which is bit of a let downButtons are sticking already not working properly already in 2 months not happy with the quality of this controller been like this for about 4weeks but the return date had run out alot of money for a product that has hardly lasted at all very disappointed in this should be a longer return on this product
