Not a pro wheel by any means but still very nice, especially for kids. The only down side is the pedals slide/flip. I had to take a boot box with about 10lbs. of magnetic building blocks in it up against the wall just to keep them from sliding every time my 8yo would press the gas/break and from flipping over on a carpeted floor.This wheel worked great for me .Easy setup .Not going to give you a perfect experience compared to a much more expensive wheel .The novelty may wear off after time depending on who you are .This is a 5* wheel with at best 2* suction cups and clamps. We all love the wheel but it would get used much more if it attached properly. Actually considering replacing our furniture to get something it'll clamp onto.I love this thing! I was never a big racing game fan, but I was into Mario Kart and thought it would be fun to use this with that game. I don't expect any hardcore racing simulator setup to employ this wheel, but it really does have a lot of features! I love how easy it is to customize every button and range of motion. The only thing I wish is that it had weights or something in the pedals to prevent it from slipping.My toddler loves playing Mario Kart with me, but she wasn’t used to the controllers so we bought her this. She loves that she can drive.Overall, the racing controller itself does feel a bit flimsy; however, we had no problem so far. The suctions one the bottom works great. Our only issue was the usb cable was a bit short from the tv (we bought a usb extender so that solved that problem).We had this for a over a month now and still no issue connecting to the gameMy 2 year old loves it.Make sure wipe your table or maybe give it few drop of water, the suction cup is not very strong, my son is 5 and can easily push it off when playing Mario Kart; also the pedals rubber grip have the same issue, try have some weight in front to hold it will be better.The USB cable is long, but can be longer since most of the case you will be playing this on a dock to the TV, if you have a big living room, may consider get a cable extensionUnser 10 jähriger Sohn wollte Mario Kart schon länger für die Nintendo Switch haben. Nachdem nun Weihnachten vor der Tür stand, war die Gelegenheit gegeben. Das Spiel macht gleich 10x mehr Spaß, wenn man es mit dazugehörigen Lenkrad/Pedal-Set spielt. Die pro Deluxe Variante sieht dazu noch wirklich toll aus.Mit der Anschaffung dieses Sets ist es aber nicht wirklich getan. Man braucht nämlich dringend noch einen Ständer für ein authentisches Fahrgefühl. Aber auch, weil sonst alles hin und her rutscht. Die beiliegenden Saugnäpfe kann man sich gleich sparen. Diese halten überhaupt nicht. Das Lenkrad muss am Tisch (oder eben dem Ständer) festgeschraubt werden um es vernünftig betreiben zu können.Der Anschluss des Lenkrads erfolgt über einen USB-Anschluss direkt an der Switch. Die Pedale werden am Lenkrad angeschlossen. Die Qualität des Sets ist wirklich toll. Das Lenkrad hat eine gefederte Null-Stellung. Man kann es nach rechts oder links drehen und es dann loslassen. Es federt von allein wieder in die gerade Position zurück.Das Lenkrad deckt alle gängigen Funktionen ab. Sämtliche benötigen Knöpfe finden sich darauf.In Kombination mit einem Ständer oder gar einem Racing-Seat macht dieses Lenkrad ein Riesen Spaß.Im übrigen funktioniert das Lenkrad bei jedem Autorenn-Spiel und nicht nur Mario-Kart. Man kann es sogar bei Jump and Run spielen nutzen, was aber wenig Spaß und Sinn macht.So viel Spaß ist ganz klar volle 5 Sterne wert!See the photos I found online.I followed the advice and bought this hori mario wheel and the difference in fun was night and day.You need to buy the usb c adapter to usb and a stand (both from Amazon) but once you have these you have a portable switch wheel perfect for mario kart live and or any racing game.The kart is ok but once you add the wheel it's amazing. 100% recommend buying two karts and two wheels and being blown away.You'll play with the kids all day every day as better than the game. So much fun.Ultimately the choice of the pro mini was because of the cons from the pro deluxe. We are given the choice of the pro deluxe or the pro mini and it was a tough choice but ultimately mario kart is mario kart and the only steering wheel you need is the mini and not the deluxe for two reason. The deluxe is much too big (twice the size from the photos) for my desk and secondly the you need to turn the 270 degree down to 180 degree anyway of which the mini is already set at 180. I never did consider the switch for racing games and the only racing game that I need and want on the switch is the mario kart racing, thus the pro mini is perfect for that game. Plus the fact that the pro deluxe is almost twice the price as the mini so it was a no brainer for the mini. Anyways I hooked up the pro mini to my switch tonight, suction the steering wheel to my desk and started racing again. I have had the mari kart racing for years in all its incarnations Wii, Wii U and finally on the switch and I've not been playing with Mario kart racing until now and I've discovered that the racing isn't the ultimate goal anymore, it is the playback :-P When you are racing you don't realize that you are racing upside down until you view the full race in the playback. It is wonderful to watch all the characters in the playback and.... the steering wheel can rewind the playback or fast forward. I highly recommend the Mario Kart Racing Wheel Pro Mini for the mario Kart; it is all you need.It’s better than expected for the money. Although small in size it’s perfectly usable for adults as well as kids. Even my big feet can use the peddles with ease. It has programmable buttons and best used on a table or tray. It looks grand. If you can afford the full size adult wheel go for that but like I said this does the job even for big hands and feet.Purchased two of these wheels for my 5 year old twins birthday. They were struggling with using the fiddly standard controllers, so i thought to try the wheel. They can now confidently navigate around a course & happily fire off their weapons using the horn button! Some people have said the suction cups are bad, but i’ve found the best way for a good adhesion is to stick them down onto granite table place mats. Using that method they haven’t unstuck once, to unstick them I simply run a nail under the edge of the suckers to release. I also enjoy playing with these wheels, it brings the arcade feel into your home, for a fraction of the cost of the real arcade machines! I’m planning on getting 2 more wheels on a second Tv & console so we can enjoy 4 player fun!
