This is an authentic custom PS5 controller. Most of the above options all have a soft touch velvet like finish. The chrome and the colorshift controllers have a smooth glossy finish. We purchase brand new PS5 controllers and our custom made front shells and parts from suppliers. 2. We receive them into our warehouse, based in Bangor, ME. 3. The controller technicians then carefully open up the new PS5 controller along with the parts to customize. 4. They then disassemble and reassemble the controller with the new parts on the controller. 5.
