I bought a pack of these to replace controls for patio globe lights that got left in the rain. None of them work. I unwrapped all of them, inserted a battery & tried it on the lamps. They are exactly the same as the ones that got ruined. Fortunately, I had another one from a string of LED holiday lights & it works fine. Looks like a got a bad batch.
