OMG.. After up grading to this from the oem came with. My dish 3+ yrs ago now every time we move our food truck we just push. The search sat- button and bamm... it's up! A must have. DirectTv.Did not work very well. Poor qualityProduct works like it should however instructions are vague and would not correctly find all satellites that I needed. Dish was very little help with people outside the country following their script and not listening. They wanted to refer me to an RV dealer. Had to contact King support and while they were helpful in figuring out my issues, leaving messages and waiting for call backs took over two days to complete.Alot of money for this only to find out that it doesn't come with a power supply! Had to go back online and pay over $36 for it!We bought this to use in our camper. After hooking it up, it had a constant red error light. Since it was a weekend we could not reach anyone at the phone number listed, so we tried unsuccessfully to find something online to help us. When we finally reached someone during business hours, she said that was odd, but maybe it meant our satellite dish was bad. After trying several more things, we finally figured out we had it connected wrong. It would be helpful if they included something for troubleshooting this problem with the directions. I was ready to send it back.I moved from DirecTV to Dish and needed to have my King satellite dish work with Wally/ Dish. The instructions are a little vage. Turns out it was as simple as the instructions stated, and I was making it tougher than it actually was. Simply setup the unit for Tailgater mode, leave it on plug in the wally and wait for it to come up and work. There is a bit of lag when you change channels at times if it has to lock into one of the other satellites. Great picture! Nice having HD while I am roughing it in the wilderness.I take this thing camping and it will not bring in all the channels I have on my package. I called the help line and discovered that you cannot use more than 1-50 foot cable. So, if it takes more to get a clear view of the Southern sky, you are wasting your time. I have a Qwest system for Direct TV. It takes quite a bit of time to lock in on channels. (30 minutes sometimes) . I read in the instructions that it may take time to receive all the channels, but I camped for 5 days and it never acquired all the channels. I have it programmed correctly, but the problem still exists. I used it almost all last summer and am still not 100 % satisfied with it. So, disappointed, but better than nothing. We are replacing a box like this that has gone bad. When we received this new one there was now power cord in it. We called King support and were told that if you want the power cord it's "an upgrade"! Glad that we kept the old one!
