The bright neon gaming controller tshirt I ordered, arrived super faded and the colors were very dull. Customer service at Popthreads said it is a "vintage look" but thats not whats advertised. I paid for the bright neon shirt in the picture and the vibrant colors they literally spoke about. Id still like to buy it if it looked as advertised but was told by them that any replacement would arrive looking the same as first one. They basically admitted to false advertising. And if I wanted a refund they said I had to cut a 6 inch square out of the front of the shirt and send them a photo to prove its been destroyed, I would rather give it away. I then asked if I could request a special custom order privately and was told flatly no. Im pretty upset with the Customer Service here. We just loved the bright design and wanted bright colors. Its still retro and a vintage style graphic. My son had his heart set on the design and colors we thought we were buying. He does wear the shirt because the design is cool but he always mentions the brighter colors.Its false advertising. Pop Threads, either run your line with brighter colors to produce whats advertised or post a realistic picture without Photoshop color adjustments. And please work on customer relations? Help the customer when they come to you nicely. No brush offs.
